Personal development group
A safe space to (re)discover yourself just as you are.

About the workshops
Meeting yourself in the mirror of others
These personal development workshops offer a space dedicated to those who feel it is time to come closer to themselves. In this supported setting we explore old attachment patterns that can leave us feeling stuck. Together we look at how we can release these patterns and build new paths.
We work in a container grounded in empathy, reflection, and presence, in a small group where listening and authentic expression are encouraged and supported.
Method
Transactional Analysis: understand, choose, set yourself free
We use Transactional Analysis because it is clear, accessible, and pragmatic. Through it we learn:
- Ego states: understanding which role (Parent, Adult, Child) we respond from.
- Autonomy: cultivating freedom of choice and authentic contact.
- Internal messages: identifying the injunctions carried over from childhood.
- Limiting life scripts: recognising the unconscious patterns that keep us stuck.

About me
I am Catrinel Ștefan, a psychotherapist
accredited in transactional analysis.
I believe that the simpler we make our lives, the more we can feel connected to a sense of wellbeing, whatever that means for each of us.
What we'll explore together
In our sessions we'll work on essential themes such as:
Teme
Self-image and the inner voice
Healthy boundaries and close relationships
How we position ourselves in relation to others (the “role” we live from)
How we make decisions and what gets in the way

“To the corkscrew, the knife is crooked.”
— Cypilian St. Cyr, Letters to My Wife’s Maid
Sometimes we judge what is different simply because it does not look like us. Here we learn to see one another with more clarity, not through the lenses of the past.
About the group
It is enough to show up as you are right now.
