Change
step by step
Change is built gradually, with patience and clarity. In Transactional Analysis, every discovery becomes a new foothold towards a more authentic version of yourself.
How we begin
The first step in therapy
At the beginning of therapy we set the direction together, even when it is not yet clear where you are on the map.
Current difficulties
We begin with what feels difficult, confusing or heavy right now.
The change you are looking for
We explore what you need and what you hope to gain from therapy.
The therapeutic path
Together we build a path that makes sense for you.
You are invited to define your own goals and what you hope to gain. You bring into therapy the things that matter to you.
It is perfectly okay not to know exactly what you are looking for when you begin. In those situations, the first meetings are dedicated to exploring and gradually clarifying what is important to you.
About me
I am a psychotherapist specialising in Transactional Analysis. This form of therapy looks at your present impasse in a non-judgemental way. I can work with you on a range of themes: anxiety and depression, self-esteem, personality difficulties, eating disorders, shame, questions of identity and gender, as well as traumatic experiences.
I have experience working with people from the Roma and LGBTQ communities and I am open to neurodivergent people, to those who feel excluded or like outsiders, and who face prejudice in society.
How I can help
I work with a wide range of themes, at your pace and without judgement.
Anxiety makes your life difficult
You are struggling with shame
You want more self-confidence
Depression steals your daily joy
You face self-image issues
You want to understand who you are and what you want
My approach
Transactional Analysis
I use Transactional Analysis, a method that explains how our inner parts work (Parent, Adult and Child) and the invisible patterns that guide us: drivers, life scripts, psychological games.
A good place to start is the egogram, a short exercise that shows how your energy is distributed across the five functional ego states.

Good to know
How does an online therapy session work?
The session takes place on a secure platform (e.g. Zoom). It lasts 50 minutes and is conducted much like an in-office session, in a confidential and safe space.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions differs for each person. The work adapts to your pace and your goals, but the process is designed for a longer duration rather than quick fixes.
What is the difference between online and in-person therapy?
Both follow the same framework and the same rules. The choice depends on your preferences and on what works for your time and location.
What happens if I cannot make it to a session?
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. The scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, so a session cancelled on the same day will need to be paid for.
