About Me
I am a psychotherapist specializing in Transactional Analysis. This form of therapy evaluates the client's present impasse in a non-critical manner. I can work with you on various aspects such as anxiety and depression disorders, self-esteem, personality disorders, eating disorders, shame, identity and gender issues, and traumatic experiences.
I have experience in psychotherapy with people from the Roma and LGBTQ communities and I am open to neurodivergent people, people who feel excluded or outsiders and face prejudices in society.
I studied and practice Transactional Analysis, especially the relational school and emphasizing the concept of we-ness from the co-creative school; I participated in study and practice groups in body therapy based on the Alexander technique. From this experience, I learned that there is a strong connection between the mind and affective experiences, which always deserves to be cared for and reconsolidated to live a balanced life.

How does an online therapy session take place?
The session takes place on a secure platform (e.g., Zoom). It lasts 50 minutes and is conducted similarly to an in-office session, in a confidential and safe space.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions differs for each person. The therapeutic work adapts to your pace and objectives, but the process is designed for a longer duration, not just for quick fixes.
What is the difference between online and face-to-face therapy?
Both respect the same framework and rules. The choice depends on your preferences and time/location possibilities.
What happens if I cannot make it to a session?
If you cannot make it to a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. The scheduled hour is reserved exclusively for you, so if the session is canceled on the same day, it will have to be paid for.
